This week we have written poems. We wrote haiku and acrostic poems. Here are my poems

Great Art work

This term we have completed two pieces of art.

One was inspired by an artist named Kadinsky who used coloured circles in his work.
We looked at the contrast between warm and cool colours and the black and white of the buildings.

Our second piece was using the Maori words we have learnt and using these to create a visual picture.
The words become the shape of the picture.

Something I did well were the writing.

Something I could improve on are to stay on the line.

Handwriting Term 4

We have been learning to form our letters correctly and to use capital letters in the correct place.

I am good at spelling my letters correctly.

I need to get better at making sure my letters sit on the line.
