ASB Getwise

On Wednesday we had Marlon from ASB Get wise talking to us about saving our money, spending money on needs not wants and using invisible money ie eftpos. I have made a google draw to show what I have learnt. I liked learning about how to use money.

The Bike

As part of our writing programme we have been doing environmental writing. We had to sketch an object and as we were sketching we wrote down thoughts that we had. Then we wrote our thoughts down  as a poem. We cut out the sketch and added this to our writing.

Golf

We have been learning to play golf

I liked hitting the ball a long way

I am good at standing in the hoop and doing all the positions

I need to work on hitting the targets.

My Pepeha

We have been leaning who to say our pepeha .I learnt my own pepeha and then I used screencastify to record myself saying it.

Handwriting Term 2

We have been learning to form our letters correctly and to use capital letters in the correct place.

I am good at I am good at forming my letters.

I need to get better at making my letters smaller .

Basic Facts

We have been working on answering basic facts questions quickly and instantly.

I am at Stage 4
